Sausage made with a combination of low fat and fat pork, cut into small pieces and seasoned with ground pepper, wine, salt, garlic, spices and preservatives. Its length varies between 10 and 12 cm, with diameter about 35 mm and weight 100 to 120 grs.

Treatment: Heat and smoked from holmoak

Storage: At cold temperature of 5 to 10. C

Validity: 120 days

Suggestions: To be consumed with dishes of Portuguese cuisine.
