Sausage made with a combination of soft pork fat, wheat flour and water, seasoned with ground pepper, salt, wine, garlic, and spices. It's shaped like a horseshoe, is cylindrical and brownish, with a length of about 35 to 40 cm, a diameter of 35 mm and weight from 170 to 200 grs.
