Sausage made with a combination of selected pork, shovels and streaky bacon, cut into small pieces, seasoned with ground pepper, wine, salt , garlic, spices and preservatives. Its length varies between 10 and 15 cm, its diameter is approximately 12 mm and its weight from 70 to 90 grs.
